Shift Manager Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Shift Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and is passionate about delivering great customer service. As a Shift Manager, you will help oversee daily operations, support and coach crew members, ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met, and help create a positive experience for both guests and employees.

Responsibilities:

Lead the team during assigned shifts Support daily restaurant operations Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns Coach and motivate crew members Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are followed Assist with training new employees Help manage shift goals for speed, accuracy, and service Maintain a positive and productive work environment

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, dependable, and able to multitask Must be able to lead by example A "Can-Do" positive attitude, accompanied by a strong desire to succeed A friendly, smiling face with good hospitality skills and an attitude of "We are here to Serve you" towards customers and employees Drug Test and Background check are required
