Job Description

Exciting Opportunity - Jack in the Box is Coming to Milledgeville, GA! We're hiring an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead the opening and operations of our new Jack in the Box location in Milledgeville, Georgia. This position is ideal for a strong leader who understands restaurant operations, team development, profitability, and delivering excellent guest experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be hands-on, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of building a strong culture while driving operational excellence. Training Requirements:
4-week training (must be willing to travel to the Hinesville, GA location for training) Jack in the
Box Restaurant Manager Development Plan Food Safety & Manager Certification Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations Hire, train, develop, and lead team members and managers Manage labor costs, food costs, inventory, and profitability Maintain excellent customer service and operational standards Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards are consistently met Conduct inventory management and ordering Analyze restaurant performance and implement action plans Drive sales growth and team accountability Lead a successful grand opening and continued operational growth
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred SERV Safe Certification required Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience required Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in QSR or high-volume restaurant environment preferred Strong understanding of: Food cost management, Labor cost management & COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) P&L statements Inventory management and controls Scheduling and staffing efficiencies Must be able to travel for training and company needs Must have open availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a strong ownership mentality

$58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
