Job Description

Exciting Opportunity - Jack in the Box is Coming to Perry, GA! Be a part of something new from the very beginning! Jack in the Box is expanding to Perry, Georgia, and we are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven General Manager to lead the opening and ongoing operations of our newest restaurant.
Location:
Perry, GA (262 Perry Parkway, Perry, GA 31069 area - new restaurant opening) This is a unique opportunity for a proven restaurant leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving profitability. As the General Manager, you will play a key role in the successful launch of the restaurant by recruiting and developing team members, establishing a strong culture, implementing operational standards, and ensuring the restaurant is positioned for long-term success. We are looking for a hands-on leader with a strong ownership mentality who has experience managing restaurant operations, labor and food costs, inventory, staffing, training, and financial performance. Training Requirements:
4-week training (must be willing to travel to the Hinesville, GA location for training) Jack in the
Box Restaurant Manager Development Plan Food Safety & Manager Certification Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations Hire, train, develop, and lead team members and managers Manage labor costs, food costs, inventory, and profitability Maintain excellent customer service and operational standards Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards are consistently met Conduct inventory management and ordering Analyze restaurant performance and implement action plans Drive sales growth and team accountability Lead a successful grand opening and continued operational growth Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred SERV Safe Certification required Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience required Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in QSR or high-volume restaurant environment preferred Strong understanding of: Food cost management, Labor cost management & COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) P&L statements Inventory management and controls Scheduling and staffing efficiencies Must be able to travel for training and company needs Must have open availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a strong ownership mentality Benefits Competitive salary Performance-based bonus opportunities Paid training Paid vacation Growth opportunities within a growing organization Supportive leadership team Opportunity to grow with future locations If you are a strong operator who thrives on building teams, driving results, and leading from the front, we encourage you to apply and help us successfully launch Jack in the Box in Perry, Georgia.

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
