Job Description

⭐ Region General Manager Drive Performance. Build Culture. Lead With Impact. We re seeking a dynamic, people-centered operational leader to oversee regional warehouse operations and elevate performance across the board. If you re motivated by leading teams, championing safety, and delivering consistent, measurable results, this is an opportunity to shape the success of an entire region. What You ll Lead As our Region General Manager, you will take full ownership of daily operations, team performance, and long-term strategic goals. Your Impact Inspire and guide teams while strengthening a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence Oversee all warehouse operations: receiving, storage, inventory flow, picking, shipping, and returns Champion safety and food-safety compliance (OSHA, FDA, and internal standards) Manage KPIs and collaborate with Engineering to improve processes and facility efficiency Lead labor planning, budgeting, and P&L performance Partner with HR to recruit, coach, and retain top talent Build strong community relationships and support local business development initiatives The Ideal Candidate Has 10+ years of leadership experience in a distribution or warehouse environment Brings strong operational knowledge of inbound/outbound processes, storage, retrieval, and transportation Communicates clearly, leads with confidence, and drives team accountability Understands WMS, RF systems, and warehouse financial processes Builds positive relationships and develops people at every level Has experience with OSHA/FDA or food-safety programs (preferred) Holds a Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field - or equivalent relevant experience Why This Role Matters This is a key leadership opportunity to influence culture, develop strong teams, and deliver operational excellence.
