Assistant General Manager

Join our family-owned seafood market and help lead a team that takes pride in quality, service, and community. As Assistant General Manager, you'll support daily operations, guide staff, and ensure every customer has a great experience. What You'll Do Support the day-to-day operation of the market, keeping things running smoothly Lead and motivate team members to provide friendly, efficient customer service Help train and develop staff Create manage shifts to ensure proper coverage Oversee inventory, ordering, pricing, and product displays Assist customers, handle questions or concerns, and jump in where needed Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with store policies What We're Looking For Previous experience in retail, grocery, or food service management Strong leadership and team-building skills Great communication and customer service abilities Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience with inventory, POS systems, and basic sales tracking Bilingual skills are a plus (English & Spanish) Why Join Us?
