What You'll Bring Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Proven restaurant management or leadership experience in polished casual or upscale dining Strong floor presence with the ability to lead calmly and confidently during busy services Ability to build genuine guest relationships and foster a hospitality-driven culture Commitment to coaching, mentoring, and developing team members Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills High standards for service, professionalism, and operational excellence What You'll Do Lead daily restaurant operations with a hands-on management style Inspire and motivate a service team focused on hospitality and teamwork Maintain exceptional food, beverage, and service standards Support hiring, training, and performance development initiatives Drive guest satisfaction while achieving operational and financial goals Create a positive, supportive workplace culture where people enjoy coming to work Compensation & Benefits Salary to $65K 5-day work week, great quality of life 10 days PTO after 90 days Great health benefit package
