Job Description

Overview Assist with the day-to-day operation of the club and clubhouse Support golf operations, tournament execution, and member events Oversee and develop front-line staff while maintaining service standards Assist with scheduling, payroll review, and labor management Ensure outstanding member and guest experiences throughout the property Coordinate communication between golf, food & beverage, maintenance, and administrative departments Help manage budgets, purchasing, inventory, and expense controls Resolve member concerns promptly and professionally Support membership growth initiatives, retention programs, and club marketing efforts Assist with planning and execution of social events, tournaments, and special functions Ensure compliance with club policies, safety procedures, and operational standards Serve as Manager-on-Duty and oversee club operations in the absence of the General Manager Experience Required Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 3 years of management experience in golf, hospitality, private club, food & beverage, or recreation operations Strong leadership and team-building abilities Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and operational management Golf industry experience preferred Knowledge of golf management software and POS systems is a plus Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Essential Responsibilities Positive and energetic leadership style Professional appearance and demeanor Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Passion for hospitality and member service Self-motivated with aspirations for future General Manager advancement Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health and dental benefits Paid vacation and holidays Golf privileges Professional development opportunities Bonus potential based on performance PGA Dues paid
