• Restaurant & Nightlife Operations The Cigar Bar is seeking an experienced Manager to lead operations in a high-volume environment that blends full-service restaurant standards with nightlife execution.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can run a floor, build a team, and maintain structure in a fast-paced, late-night setting. This is not a traditional restaurant role—nightlife experience and adaptability are key. What You Can Expect 4-day work week Late-night operations (shifts may run until 3-4 AM) Weekend and holiday availability required Fast-paced, high-energy environment Opportunity to build relationships and grow within the business Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across service, bar, and lounge Hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff Enforce service standards, professionalism, and accountability Train staff on proper service execution (not just POS use) Manage guest experience and resolve issues in real time Maintain a safe and controlled environment for guests and staff Oversee inventory management (liquor and operational supplies) Handle cash management, scheduling, and shift accountability Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed properly Maintain overall facility standards and operational flow Qualifications Proven management experience in a restaurant, bar, or lounge environment Strong understanding of both service operations and nightlife dynamics Ability to lead and develop a team with consistency and structure Confident decision-maker who does not require constant direction Strong leadership presence and communication skills Experience in high-volume environments preferred Additional Information Cigar knowledge is not required—training will be provided How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your experience.
