Responsibilities include:

All aspects of restaurants financial performance while working with the regional office Manage daily restaurant operations including: Scheduling, Hiring, Training, and Development in team members Work lunch, dinner, and weekends monitoring quality of food and service. Ensure restaurant is staffed with 100% quality team members. Ensure full implementation of new hire orientation training program. Oversee all store ordering, truck delivery, and inventory. Supervise and motivate team members, shift leaders and assistant managers. Have a good working knowledge of all equipment and maintenance. Good communication skills. Ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times. Must lead with excitement, enthusiasm towards meeting company objectives. Maintain and attitude of flexibility that allows for performance above this position.

Requirements:

High School diploma. Must complete a 90 hour in house manager training certificate program upon hiring. Must have ability to operate technology efficiently and effectively.

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
