Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager - Restaurant to lead our bustling dining establishment to new heights of excellence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, efficient management of staff, and seamless food service delivery. Duties Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high-quality food presentation Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations Oversee food preparation processes, maintaining consistency with quality standards and safety regulations Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Coordinate shift schedules, monitor labor costs, and manage budgets to meet financial targets Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations across all departments Conduct staff training sessions on customer service excellence, food handling, and operational procedures Oversee kitchen management, including food production, catering services, and special event setups like banquets Foster a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork, hospitality, and guest satisfaction Requirements Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with supervising responsibilities Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transactions and reporting Strong background in food safety practices and regulatory compliance in the food industry Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and cost management within a restaurant setting Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate staff effectively Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage shift operations efficiently Previous experience in fine dining or casual dining environments is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join our team as a General Manager - Restaurant where your leadership will inspire excellence!
