Compensation:

$17.50 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage department including budget, menu development, staff oversight, schedule, and customer service Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff Assure product, supplies, and labor costs are sustained and tracked for accuracy Work with our culinary team to create new menus with the correct pricing structure

Qualifications:

At least 3 years in a supervisory role in the food and beverage department Food handling license Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills Firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulations Hospitality customer relationship management experience a plus About Company Our property's vision is to have a positive impact.
