Compensation:
$17.50 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth and successful operation of the hotel's food and beverage department including menu development, staff oversight, customer service, budget, and schedule Evaluate and regularly report on guest satisfaction and advise on improvements Write and implement departmental operation schedules Handle the flow of product, supplies, and labor costs Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure their performance adheres to a high standard
Qualifications:
Food handling license National food and health safety regulations knowledge Hospitality customer relationship management experience a plus High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience - higher education in hospitality or hospitality management is a plus Extensive knowledge of the current culinary landscape and understanding of standard portion and plating standards About Company Our property's vision is to have a positive impact.
