Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and create memorable experiences for our guests. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, ensuring exceptional service, maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness, and managing staff to deliver a seamless dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a comprehensive understanding of restaurant management to foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties Supervise front-of-house operations, including guest seating, order taking, and service delivery to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction Lead staff training and development initiatives to uphold service standards, food safety protocols, and operational procedures Manage shift schedules, monitor staffing levels, and coordinate team efforts during busy periods for optimal performance Oversee cash handling procedures, POS system operations (including Aloha POS and Micros POS), and daily financial reconciliations Control inventory levels for front-of-house supplies, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate with kitchen management for food presentation and service quality Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling practices and sanitation standards Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to maintain a positive reputation and high customer satisfaction levels Skills Proven experience in food service management within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams in hospitality or restaurant settings Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues diplomatically and efficiently Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required Experience managing inventory control, budgeting, and cost control measures Ability to train staff effectively in food handling, service procedures, and safety protocols Demonstrated ability to oversee shift management in a high-volume restaurant environment Background in culinary or kitchen management is advantageous but not mandatory Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in staff training & development initiatives Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Join us as a Front of House Manager to lead our team with enthusiasm and professionalism!
