Position Overview The Assistant Manager works directly with the General Manager and leadership team to oversee daily restaurant operations, service standards, staff accountability, and guest experience. This role requires a strong floor presence, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities Support all daily FOH restaurant operations Lead service and maintain high hospitality standards Assist with staff supervision, coaching, and accountability Help manage labor, scheduling, and daily staffing adjustments Ensure cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness throughout the restaurant Handle guest concerns professionally and proactively Support large party and event execution Assist with opening and closing managerial duties Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations Maintain strong communication with the leadership team Qualifications Prior restaurant management or leadership experience required High-volume full-service restaurant experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Must be dependable, professional, and team-oriented Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Experience with POS and reservation systems preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance growth opportunities Health benefits available Dining discounts Opportunity to grow within a multi-location hospitality group
