In this energetic role, you'll oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, ensure top-notch customer satisfaction, and maintain smooth kitchen and front-of-house functions. Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold food safety standards, and foster a positive environment where team members thrive. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual passionate about hospitality management and culinary excellence to make a real impact. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and cleanliness standards Manage shift schedules, coordinate staff assignments, and ensure adequate coverage during busy hours Train and develop team members in food handling, customer service, POS systems, and safety protocols Oversee inventory control, food production, and ordering processes to minimize waste and optimize stock levels Handle cash management duties including cash handling, balancing registers, and preparing shift reports Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Proven experience in food service management within quick service or fast food restaurants; casual dining or fine dining experience is a plus Strong supervisory skills with previous supervising or assistant manager experience in a restaurant setting Knowledge of POS systems; proficiency in cash handling and inventory control Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally Familiarity with food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food safety standards Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Leadership qualities with experience in team management, training & development, and shift management Culinary or hospitality management background preferred; experience in catering, banquet service or hotel industry is advantageous Join us to lead a vibrant team committed to delivering memorable dining experiences!
