Phoenix Industrial Cleaning Inc. Operations Manager - Satellite Office (Des Moines / Omaha) Position Overview Phoenix Industrial Cleaning Inc. is expanding its footprint and looking for a driven, hands-on Operations Manager to lead our new satellite office serving the Des Moines and Omaha markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can wear multiple hats, and is ready to build and run a regional operation from the ground up. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day success of this market — leading a small crew, managing customer relationships, and ensuring every job meets our quality and safety standards.

Compensation Pay:

Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for performance-based incentives as the market grows Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Quality Schedule and coordinate field crews to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time Conduct quality checks on completed work, including hoods, ductwork, and rooftop fans Ensure all work meets company standards and deliver post-project reports as needed Customer Relationships Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the Des Moines and Omaha markets Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and service concerns Build long-term relationships that support repeat business and referrals Sales & Business Development Respond to inbound leads and follow up on sales opportunities in the region Prepare and present quotes, communicate the company's value proposition, and close new accounts Team Leadership Recruit, hire, and onboard technicians as the market grows Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance direction to field staff Lead by example — this role requires a willingness to be in the field alongside the crew when needed Safety & Compliance Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with NFPA and IKECA requirements Train and guide technicians on best practices and regulatory requirements What We're Looking For Experience in kitchen exhaust cleaning, commercial cleaning, or a related trade — preferred but not required Proven ability to manage a small team or operation independently Strong communication and customer service skills Self-starter who can operate without daily oversight from a main office Comfortable with physical work and being on job sites regularly Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to work non-traditional hours (overnight or early morning shifts may be required) Benefits Competitive salary 6 paid holidays Vacation pay Ongoing training and support from the Phoenix Industrial Cleaning home office Opportunity to grow with the company as this market expands Phoenix Industrial Cleaning Inc. is a drug-free workplace.
