General Manager

Culver's is looking for a Restaurant General Manager Our managers oversee it all, ensuring every True Blue Crew member moves in sync and every guest leaves happy. They build and lead great shifts, empower team members to grow their skillsets and maintain a positive attitude throughout our locally owned restaurant. Job Summary:

Leads management team by providing guidance, direction, and opportunity to ensure that every guest who chooses Culver's leaves happy. Responsible for the operational and financial success of restaurant.

Starting Salary:

$55,000 per year.

Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members as a coach and mentor to support the development of a high performing team Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures Organizational effectiveness on multi-store level Develops team members Must have strong communication and organizational skills Must possess a positive and up-lifting outlook Strong work ethic with the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Growth potential Demonstrated passion and leadership A genuine smiling personality

Experience:

3 - 5 years of restaurant experience is preferred Scheduling, food ordering, and onboarding License /

Certification:

Food Safety License preferred
