What you'll do Lead daily operations with enthusiasm, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to quality standards. Manage inventory control effectively to minimize waste while maximizing profitability. Oversee staff training and development initiatives to cultivate a skilled and motivated team. Utilize POS systems. Implement food safety protocols to maintain high standards of hygiene and compliance. Foster a positive work culture through effective communication, team management, and conflict resolution. Conduct interviews and hire top talent to build a strong workforce aligned with our values. Monitor financial performance, making adjustments as necessary to achieve business goals. Basic qualifications Experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry required. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Demonstrated ability in cash handling.
