General Manager - Restaurant

Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager - Restaurant to lead our dining establishment. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Duties Responsibilities Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints Regularly review product quality and research new vendors Organize and supervise shifts on Sling Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity Provide a staff performance review for all employees as needed Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations Manage restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses and go over them with your area director bi-weekly. Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads Maintain and upkeep the Spothopper Ads and Google Reviews Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices Address policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations Coordinate housekeeping with kitchen manager Maintain a check off list for all employees Making sure all employees are following their job assignments and procedures: servers, bussers, dishwashers, expos, bartenders, bar manager, kitchen manager, and cooks.

From $70,000.00 per year
