Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Restaurant Manager and lead the charge in delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, motivate and manage staff, ensure top-notch customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will drive the success of our vibrant food service environment, fostering a positive atmosphere where both guests and team members thrive. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your management skills in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused setting. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, including shift management and ensuring smooth workflow across all departments Lead, train, and develop staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold food safety standards Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to maintain quality and compliance with health regulations Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste and control costs Handle cash transactions, POS systems such as Clocer pos and ensure accurate cash handling procedures Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production, culinary standards, and special catering or banquet events Ensure compliance with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and hospitality regulations at all times Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management within quick service, casual dining, or fine dining environments Strong supervisory skills with previous experience in staff training, interviewing, and team management Knowledge of POS systems including Clover POS experience with cash handling is essential Familiarity with food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and culinary practices Excellent customer service skills with a passion for hospitality excellence Ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and food safety procedures effectively Previous experience in hotel or catering environments is a plus; certifications in food safety are highly desirable Embark on a rewarding journey where your leadership transforms dining experiences into memorable moments!
