The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of food service management, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, controlling inventory, and maintaining the overall quality of service. A background in hospitality, culinary arts, or food industry management is highly preferred to ensure smooth restaurant operations and team success.
