Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained. Maintains standards of the restaurant safety and security. Recruits staff and oversees training program. Schedules and supervises staff Communicates changes of food preparation formulas, standards, etc. to Associates Ensures all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to work flexible shifts Benefits Paid Vacation Time Retirement Plan Bonuses Free Employee Meals Opportunities for
