Job Description

Community Action Partnership is seeking caring people who want to make a difference in their neighborhood, community, and state! Community Action Partnership is dedicated to building relationships that inspire and equip people to end poverty. We need your help! Food Bank Manager (Lewiston) Food banks are an important resource in our community. For food banks to a resource, it takes a team to keep them running and leadership of the team. The Food Bank Manager provides leadership to the food bank warehouse team and volunteers. The Food Bank Manager not only manages and oversees staff and volunteers, but they are also responsible for ensuring compliance with the various grants and other oversight.
Job Responsibilities :
(include but are not limited to) Recruit, hire, train, supervise, schedule, and, when necessary, terminate volunteers. Oversee the supervision, training, and scheduling of foodbank program staff. Manage Emergency Feeding Organization (EFO) agreements and maintain adherence to program regulations. Maintain accurate program records and documentation in compliance with all funding sources and regulatory requirements. We are looking for:
Dependability and reliability Experience with supervising Strong communication skills Proficiency in Excel and working in databases
Hours:
Full time/ Monday to Thursday (32 hrs. a week) (Occasional weekend for food drives)
Wage:
$26-$29 per hour (DOE)(Salaried)

Education:
High school diploma or GED required Associate's degree in business or other relevant field of study
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check
Pay:
$26.00 - $29.00 per hour
