Duties Supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and cleanliness standards Lead staff training and development to ensure high levels of customer service and food safety compliance Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales processing Coordinate shift schedules, manage staffing levels, and supervise team members to ensure smooth service flow Conduct interviews, hire new team members, and evaluate staff performance regularly Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations across all kitchen and dining areas Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with a strong background in food industry operations Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management Hands-on experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales and inventory tracking Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively in hospitality or restaurant settings Experience with inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food safety management Background in fast casual is highly desirable Prior experience in catering is a plus Why work for us?
