Main Responsibilities Lead, train, schedule, and supervise Service Deli associates to ensure appropriate staffing and strong performance. Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, positive experience for every customer. Plan and oversee daily food production, inventory levels, and product availability. Prepare, merchandise, and maintain high‑quality hot and cold deli items, displays, and cases. Address and resolve customer questions or concerns professionally and efficiently. Operate and oversee the use of deli equipment, including slicers, scales, and food preparation tools. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, temperature controls, and weights and measures regulations. Manage ordering, stocking, rotation, and presentation of deli products. Support sales through product knowledge, sampling, and promotion of deli offerings.
