Job Description

We are currently seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our award-winning team. The ideal candidate for this position is a well-organized, dynamic and energetic individual who has a passion for developing our team and ensuring the restaurant is always running smoothly. We're looking for someone who can work well under pressure and is comfortable taking responsibility for a collaborative team. The Restaurant Assistant Manager will be in charge of hiring, training and supervising our staff.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily business operations. Developing and implementing growth strategies. Training low-level managers and staff. Creating and managing budgets. Improving revenue. Hiring employees. Evaluating performance and productivity. Analyzing accounting and financial data.
