Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in overseeing all hotel operations, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction across departments such as front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services Supervise and motivate team members, providing guidance on customer service standards, hospitality procedures, and operational best practices Manage daily financial activities including budgeting, revenue management, and cost control to meet or exceed financial goals Oversee guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors Coordinate with human resources on staff scheduling, training programs, performance evaluations, and recruitment efforts Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and brand standards while maintaining a high level of cleanliness and operational excellence Support night audit procedures and oversee front desk operations during evening shifts using multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Skills Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members Proven supervising experience within hospitality or hotel management environments Strong knowledge of hotel management practices including revenue management, guest services, and human resources functions Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and operational planning in a resort or hotel setting Familiarity with front desk operations, night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Join us to lead with energy and enthusiasm!
