Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Manager. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, drive growth, and ensure an exceptional environment experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about community engagement, leadership, and operational excellence. Duties Ensure facility is open and operation ready daily. Communicate with various 12 Step groups to ensure a clean and meeting ready environment. Manage facility events. Corridinate with various groups to aide with community food pantry. Ensure that facility is being maintained and communicate needs. Qualifications Experience in facility, hospitality, church, nonprofit, or community center management. Ability to coordinate volunteers, and event schedules effectivly. Excellent communication skills with diverse groups of people. Experience handling event setup, scheduling, and customer service. Knowledge of building maintenance, safety procedures, and basic custodial oversite. Ability to manage budgets, invoices, supplies, and vendor relationships. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient with basic computer programs such as email, point of sale system, and Word. Ability to resolve conflicts professionally and maintain welcoming environment. Understanding of basic food service and sanitation. Flexile availability for evenings, weekends, and special events. Ability to lift, move, and arrange tables, chairs, and event equipment as needed. Commitment to professionalism, confidententiality, and respectful community engagement.
