We are seeking a motivated and dependable Assistant Site leader to support daily operations at our food production/distribution facility.

Schedule Hours:

Monday-Friday (2:00pm-10:00pm)

Employee Discount Program Weekly Pay Responsibilities:

Assist the Site Leader with daily site operations and workflow management. Supervise and support production, warehouse or kitchen staff Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Monitor productivity, quality control, and operation efficiency Help train, coach and motivate employees Assist with scheduling shifts and staffing coverage Promote workplace safety and teamwork Other assignments to support operations. Qualifications 2 years proven leadership and management success. Previous experience as a manager in a janitorial or housekeeping services role is highly desired but not required. The ability to perform at the highest level with minimum supervision. Ability to communicate with all levels. Exceptional decision making, problem solving and people skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with basic computer systems and reporting issues.
