ABOUT WOK TO BOWL WOK TO BOWL
is a fast-growing, high-volume fast casual brand built on made-to-order wok-fired bowls and global curries . We are not a traditional restaurant. We operate a fast, system-driven wok line where every bowl is cooked fresh in under 3 minutes. We are building a scalable brand with ambitions to expand into multiple locations and franchising.
ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for running the entire restaurant — operations, team, and financial performance. This is NOT an office job. You will be on the floor leading shifts, managing speed, and driving execution.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Operations Run a high-volume fast casual kitchen (wok-line model) Deliver fast ticket times (target ≤3 minutes) Ensure food quality, consistency, and accuracy Team Leadership Hire, train, and develop a team of 15-25 employees Build a culture of speed, accountability, and discipline Schedule efficiently and control labor costs Financial Performance Own full P&L responsibility Manage labor and food cost Drive sales and improve profitability Guest Experience Deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service Handle customer issues and recovery Maintain strong online reputation
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVE
3+ years experience as a Restaurant General Manager (fast casual or QSR) Experience managing $1M-$3M+ annual sales volume Strong understanding of labor control, food cost, and P&L Ability to lead both kitchen and front of house Proven ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced environments
COMPENSATION & GROWTH
Salary:
$60K - $75K (based on experience) Performance bonus tied to profitability Opportunity to grow into multi-unit leadership
