Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager to lead our bustling restaurant operations. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing daily restaurant functions, and inspiring a high-performing team. Your leadership will ensure smooth food service operations, uphold food safety standards, and foster a vibrant hospitality environment. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of restaurant management, including food preparation, kitchen operations, and customer service excellence Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives to ensure top performance Manage inventory control, food safety compliance, and adherence to health regulations to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety Supervise shift management, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation to meet customer demand Handle Toast POS system for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency across all menu items while ensuring timely delivery of orders Implement budgeting practices, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency to maximize profitability Conduct staff interviews, onboarding, and ongoing training to build a skilled and motivated team Foster a welcoming environment that emphasizes exceptional customer service and hospitality Qualifications Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments with supervisory responsibilities Extensive knowledge of food industry standards including food handling, safety protocols, and kitchen management Demonstrated ability in food production, culinary techniques, and kitchen supervision; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus Strong leadership skills with the ability to train & develop staff effectively while managing multiple priorities Background in hospitality management with experience in supervising teams within restaurant or hotel environments Excellent communication skills for interviewing candidates, staff training sessions, and customer interactions Ability to manage budgets, control inventory, and implement cost-saving measures effectively Knowledge of catering services, bar operations, coffee & barista experience is advantageous Benefits Paid time off 401k including company match Health benefits
