Closing Kitchen Manager Hours:

Wednesday 10-2 Thursday 12-9 Friday 11-9 Saturday 2-9 Sunday - 11-4

Key Responsibilities:

Train and lead the culinary team to ensure a smooth kitchen operation. Create and deliver an outstanding culinary experience for our guests. Manage daily prep lists, setting up for service, and closing the kitchen Update prep manuals and specials log Organize and rotate coolers/freezer, including handling deliveries. Maintain an efficient and clean kitchen Maintain updated employee food handlers certifications and equipment maintenance schedules. Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and guidelines Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures Assist with catering events as needed Execute a comprehensive cleaning schedule, expedite plates during peak hours, and manage scheduling and food waste.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in the culinary field. Availability to work weekends and evenings as required. Basic computer skills for managing schedules, orders, and inventory.
