This role is responsible for maintaining high standards, ensuring that the fusion of high-energy atmosphere and elite service remains seamless. The AGM drives financial performance, mentors the management team, and ensures the venue operates with the highest level of sophistication and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence:
Oversee all Front of House (FOH) operations, ensuring the "invisible hand" of service is executed perfectly across all shifts.
Data-Driven Leadership:
Utilize SevenRooms guest history and preference logging to elevate personalized service and "surprise and delight" guests.
Staff Development:
Lead the training and development of the FOH team, ensuring all staff internalize the brand philosophy and technical service standards.
Financial Oversight:
Monitor labor costs, inventory, and revenue targets to ensure the long-term success of the venue.
Feedback Integration:
Review and act upon "Areas for Improvement" reports and guest feedback to refine service protocols and avoid repetitive errors.
Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to all HR policies, including workplace safety, drug-free environment, and anti-harassment protocols.
Requirements Leadership Experience:
Proven track record of management in a high-volume, luxury, or "vibe dining" hospitality environment.
Technical Proficiency:
Mastery of SevenRooms or similar reservation management platforms.
Professional Image:
Adherence to elite grooming standards and a professional demeanor that reflects The Carlyle Club brand.
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to manage complex shift dynamics, whether supervising dual-polisher flows or high-volume event scenarios. Front of House (FOH) Manager Role Summary The Front of House Manager is the "conductor" of the dining floor. Responsible for the immediate guest experience, the FOH Manager ensures that every touchpoint—from the initial greeting to the "fond farewell"—is executed with precision and grace. This role focuses on floor presence, staff coaching, and maintaining the "Mechanics of Flow" during high-energy service periods.
Key Responsibilities Floor Management:
Direct the movement of the service team, ensuring proactive anticipation of guest needs and maintaining the "Etiquette of Movement".
Service Standards:
Supervise technical service execution, including silent service, table marking, and specialized protocols like Caviar Service.
Team Support:
Act as a resource for the FOH support team (Polishers, SAs, Servers), ensuring all stations are efficiently maintained and polished.
Guest Relations:
Handle guest inquiries and feedback in real-time, resolving conflicts with a focus on maintaining the dining atmosphere.
Safety & Maintenance:
Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure service wells, workstations, and common areas meet elite cleanliness standards.
Training Execution:
Implement the "Art of Supportive Service" training curriculum for new hires and facilitate ongoing coaching sessions. Requirements Attention to
