WhirlyBall is currently seeking an extraordinary Assistant Manager to join our team. com What you will do:
Manage and oversee a team of employees in front of house positions Support any FOH position when needed and operate in that position effectively Adhere to cleaning and safety standards of the facilities, and ensure employees do the same Assist in the execution of private events Follow WhirlyBall rules, policies, and conditions of employment, as outlined in the Employee Handbook Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
What we are looking for: Experience working in high-volume management, and several years in the food service/hospitality industry Natural leader to oversee and train front of house team members Positive attitude and friendly demeanor Ability to communicate clearly and professionally Willingness to work with as a team Strong at multitasking and attention to detail Valid Illinois driver's license required
