Job Opportunity:
Assistant Manager

  • We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team at our Lincoln Avenue location. As the direct deputy to the General Manager, you will play a vital role in our daily operations, ensuring the high standards our customers expect. ### Key Responsibilities
  • Operations & Quality Control:
  • Master all drink preparation techniques, point-of-sale (POS) system operations, and maintain strict quality control standards.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Assist in staff scheduling and provide hands-on support in the kitchen when needed.
  • Compliance:
  • Maintain food safety standards; a
  • Sanitation Manager Certificate
  • is required. ### Requirements
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional food service experience.
  • Management Background:
  • Proven experience as a Shift Leader or similar role.
  • Commitment:
