This role is all about steering the ship—overseeing daily operations, inspiring staff, and ensuring our guests enjoy memorable dining experiences. You'll be the driving force behind delivering top-notch food service, managing team performance, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and staff management. Oversee inventory control, food safety standards, and ensure proper food handling and storage practices. • Train, develop, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service while fostering a positive team environment. Handle budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to meet business goals. Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols. Coordinate shift management, oversee kitchen operations, and ensure timely service during busy hours. Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants; casual dining or fine dining experience is highly valued. Extensive background in food industry operations including food preparation, cooking, and food production. Strong supervisory skills with experience in staff training & development and interviewing potential team members. Familiarity with POS systems Knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory control practices, and kitchen management techniques. Experience in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
