Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Restaurant Assistant General Manager (AGM) We are seeking a high-energy, hospitality-driven Assistant General Manager to join a growing, high-volume fast casual restaurant brand in the DMV area known for its iconic guest experience, scratch kitchen standards, and strong team culture. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people development, operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop front- and back-of-house teams through ongoing training and mentorship Foster a positive, accountable, and respectful team culture Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, service, and overall operations Drive guest satisfaction through strong floor presence and attention to detail Support daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and shift execution Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company operating standards Lead by example with a hands-on management style and strong work ethic Help build and retain a high-performing team in a high-volume environment Qualifications Minimum 3 years of current restaurant management experience in a high-volume casual dining or fast casual concept Experience working in a scratch kitchen environment strongly preferred Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills Passion for hospitality and creating outstanding guest experiences Proven ability to maintain standards and drive operational excellence Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Food safety and sanitation knowledge required Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary up to $65K with significant growth potential Comprehensive benefits package including medical, PTO/vacation, and 401(k) Dining privileges and employee perks Supportive, people-first culture focused on development and internal growth Opportunity to grow with a respected and rapidly expanding restaurant brand
