Job Description

Experienced Catering Captain/Staff You will: Set up, breakdown, dishwashing and being the point of contact of catering events with clients. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during food handling and service. Manage inventory. Serve clients on High-End Events. Be friendly and provide a great and professional service to the client Set up the food, serve and replenish as well as clean up
Requirements:
Food Handlers License is a requirement. Based in Chicago. Availability from Monday to Friday for lunch time hours. Take pride in your appearance. Polish look and professional presentation on interview. Proven experience in catering, banquet services, or food service management. Proficiency in safe food handling practices. Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work flexible hours. Large event experience is a plus. Proactivity, you find the next thing to do without being told. 1099 contractor position
Base Pay:
From $30.00 per hour
