Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and train staff members to ensure high-quality service and adherence to food safety standards.
• Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall restaurant performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to promote repeat business.

Experience:

• Previous experience in food service management, including knowledge of food handling, customer service, and kitchen management.
• Proficient in using SKY TAB POS or similar systems.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.
• Experience as an assistant manager or in a similar leadership role is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory control procedures.
