Full-Time Obscurity Brewing is looking for a motivated and experienced General Manager to lead daily operations at our brewery and restaurant. This role requires a hands-on leader who understands hospitality, craft beer culture, and the fast-paced environment of a busy establishment. The General Manager will oversee staff, financial performance, guest experience, marketing initiatives, and events while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across both the front and back of house. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the brewery, taproom, and restaurant Manage staff hiring, training, scheduling, and leadership development Monitor and control labor costs, budgets, and financial performance Maintain inventory management and ordering systems Lead marketing initiatives, promotions, and social media collaboration Plan and execute events, concerts, and special promotions Ensure exceptional guest service and customer experience Maintain compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations Work closely with ownership on growth strategy and operational improvements Qualifications Minimum 5 years of management experience in hospitality, brewery, bar, or restaurant operations Strong understanding of budgeting, labor management, and cost control Experience with marketing, promotions, and event planning Knowledge of craft beer, whiskey, and beverage programs preferred Experience with POS systems, inventory systems, and scheduling platforms Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Performance incentives and bonuses Growth opportunities within a growing brand A creative and energetic brewery environment How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief description of your management experience through Indeed.
