Assistant Manager
- Breakfast Café We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Assistant Manager to join our fast-paced breakfast café team.
This position requires strong leadership, excellent guest service skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume restaurant environment.
Schedule:
7:00 AM
- 3:30 PM Five days per week Must be available weekends and holidays
Compensation & Benefits:
$50,000
- 55,000 per year PTO Growth opportunities within the company
Responsibilities:
Open and close the restaurant Supervise and lead a staff of up to 35 employees Manage daily front-of-house operations Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally Oversee cash handling and drawer accountability Assist with expo and ensure smooth kitchen/service communication Train, coach, and develop front-of-house team members Maintain high standards of customer service and cleanliness Ensure staff follows company procedures and policies Operate and troubleshoot Toast POS system
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of restaurant management or leadership experience Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and leadership abilities Experience with Toast POS preferred Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Weekend and holiday availability required If you are energetic, organized, and passionate about hospitality, we would love to hear from you!
