  • Full-time Aliyans Foods is seeking an experienced, hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead daily food production operations at our growing halal frozen food manufacturing facility.

We are looking for a proven leader who can manage people, production, food safety, inventory, and quality while maintaining high standards and efficiency. What You'll Be Doing Manage daily kitchen and production operations Supervise and schedule production staff Ensure production targets are achieved on time Maintain product quality and consistency Enforce food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures Monitor inventory, raw materials, and waste Train and develop kitchen staff Implement process improvements to increase efficiency Work closely with ownership to scale production Troubleshoot production and operational issues Required ExperienceMandatory Requirements Minimum 5 years of Kitchen Manager, Production Manager, Commissary Manager, or Food Manufacturing Supervisor experience Experience managing 10+ employees Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Experience with inventory management and production planning Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong leadership and communication skills Preferred Experience Frozen food manufacturing Commercial food production Halal food production
