Key Responsibilities:

Exhibit a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders Prepare beautifully constructed sandwiches/food according to formula and in a timely manner Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain them to guests accurately Use Point of Sale system/cash register to record the order and compute the amount of the bill Check products in sandwich unit area and restock items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image Understand and adhere to all quality standards, formulas, and procedures Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards Perform light paperwork duties as assigned Complete University of SUBWAY® courses (brief online trainings) as directed

Key Management Responsibilities:

Our management team motivates, coordinates, and oversees the day-to-day operations. Requires excellent communication skills, ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge desirable. Recruit and train staff Make the schedule Maintain and safeguard inventory and money systems Ensure employee safety, food safety, and overall company safety Handle and process paperwork

Job Requirements:

High school degree or equivalent Restaurant or food service experience required. Subway experience preferred but nor required.
