Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of customer service within a fast-paced, casual dining environment. Your leadership will drive team performance, maintain food safety and quality standards, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality management, food service, and team development. Duties Supervise front-of-house operations, including seating, reservations, and guest relations to ensure smooth flow and outstanding service. Lead staff initiatives to enhance skills in food handling, customer service, POS systems and food safety protocols. control inventory to optimize operational efficiency. Oversee cash handling procedures and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately. Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety standards across all front-of-house activities. Collaborate with kitchen management to coordinate food presentation, timing, and quality assurance for a seamless dining experience. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Experience Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervisory responsibilities. Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food industry best practices. Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and sales tracking. Strong knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food management procedures. Experience in hospitality management within casual dining or fine dining settings is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, training & development, and staff supervision. Background in restaurant management with a focus on customer service excellence and food safety standards. Prior experience with shift management in a busy restaurant setting is essential. Knowledge of bar operations or coffee/barista experience is a plus for versatile role coverage.
