You will be instrumental in managing daily kitchen activities, overseeing food production, and fostering a collaborative team atmosphere that inspires excellence. Responsibilities Assist in supervising daily kitchen operations, ensuring all food service standards are met with energy and professionalism Lead food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining consistency and quality across all menu items Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize kitchen efficiency Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety Support menu planning and development, incorporating innovative ideas while respecting dietary restrictions and guest preferences Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to foster a motivated and cohesive team Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality dishes in line with client expectations Manage shift schedules, monitor performance, and assist with resolving operational issues promptly to maintain smooth workflow Qualifications Proven experience in food production within a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with fine dining exposure Demonstrated supervising experience with strong leadership skills and team management capabilities Extensive knowledge of food handling, safety standards, inventory management, and kitchen operations Experience in banquet service, catering, or large-scale event preparation is highly desirable Familiarity with dietary department procedures and menu planning for diverse dietary needs Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments Culinary experience including cooking techniques, food presentation, and restaurant management knowledge is essential Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to culinary excellence!
