Valid driver's license. Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the restaurant. Ability to effectively make decisions under pressure, while delegating tasks appropriately. Strong conflict resolution skills. High sense of urgency. Self-motivated.
