Job Description

General Manager - Fuller House Bar Job Summary The General Manager is integral to the success of all food, beverage, and service standards at Fuller House Bar. In this role, the General Manager will manage the overall execution of service at the restaurant. This person will be responsible of overseeing hourly training, beverage orders, supply orders, management of 75 hourly employees, participate in weekly meeting to help drive your business. This role requires in-depth knowledge of company policies and procedures in support of our goal of delivering exceptional guest experience. Our General Manager will be work alongside our Chef to maintain seamless execution in our kitchen. The General Manager actions will align with our company core values, relationship building, creative marketing, and operational efficiency. The position will help guide team members to meet all Fuller House Bar's operating and service standards.

Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas PAID Working Meals 75% - Dinning Discount Job Duties Acts as a representative of Fuller House's Core Values Monitors sales and profit performance results to optimize our profitability Leads research and development and assists in the roll-out of new food and beverage products and programs seasonally Maintains close collaboration with the culinary, menu marketing, and operations teams during product development Development of insight-driven trend and flavor profiles relevant to the demographic of each location Reaches costing objectives for food and beverage Conducts on/off boarding for all employees along with payroll functions Motivates, trains, and develops management team around him Demonstrates and reinforces leadership behaviors necessary to gain team members' loyalty, satisfaction, and pride Implements new company initiatives and procedures passed down Provides direction to location Managers to ensure compliance with all Company purchasing and cost budgets Works with local vendors to ensure proper pricing and product availability Responsible for cash handling, reconciliation and maintaining all receipts of purchases Oversight of all routine and one off repair and maintenance projects Reports directly to the Director of Operations Skill Requirements Five years of experience leading and developing in a GM role or similar Professional demeanor with effective communication, both verbal and written Strong sense of urgency and ability to apply learned skills quickly Experience with new concepts, menu and recipe development, food presentation, and creative skills that result in the achievement of business objectives Receptive to critical feedback from peers, management, ownership, and guests Strong understanding of themed and innovative food & beverage preparation and menu selection Firm grasp of beverage and food purchasing and costing, financials, and inventory control. Ability to perform basic math skills, analyze data and draw conclusions from the information at hand Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel Ability to maintain composure and poise under pressure Knowledge of and compliance with all food safety, beverage, and sanitation requirements Physical Requirements Able to stand for extended periods (10-12 hours) Able to move about on foot to accomplish tasks. Bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms and hands above shoulder height frequently, or move in a constantly changing environment. Maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
