  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Manager to lead our vibrant bar and restaurant team.
As a key leader, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a lively, welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards in food preparation, safety, and service while fostering a positive environment for staff and guests alike. Duties Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality standards are met consistently across all menu items. Manage daily restaurant operations, including shift management, inventory control, and food safety compliance. Supervise kitchen and front-of-house staff, providing training & development to enhance skills like food handling, POS operation (Aloha POS, Micros POS), and customer interaction. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and reconciliation at shift end. Maintain proper food production processes for casual dining, bar service, catering events, and banquet functions. Monitor restaurant performance metrics such as budgeting, cost control, and labor management to optimize profitability. Conduct staff interviews, onboarding, and ongoing training to build a skilled and motivated team. Ensure adherence to health regulations and safety standards related to food handling and sanitation. Foster a welcoming hospitality environment that encourages teamwork and guest satisfaction. Skills Proven experience managing a quick service & fast food restaurant or casual dining establishment with supervisory responsibilities. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary processes, and kitchen management. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking. Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training & development, supervising teams, and managing shifts effectively. Expertise in inventory control, food safety protocols, budgeting, and food industry best practices. Ability to handle cash accurately while maintaining high levels of customer service during busy hours. Background in hospitality management with experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interview candidates confidently and foster a positive work environment. Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety standards across various dining formats including hotel or bar settings. Demonstrated ability to lead with energy and motivation while maintaining focus on operational excellence.
