Assistant Manager Full Moon Family Diner & Flanagan's Sports Bar We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and results driven Assistant Manager to help lead and grow our businesses. This is not just a management position. We are looking for someone who will treat these businesses as if they were their own. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, restaurant and bar management experience, and a passion for hospitality. We need someone who can increase sales, improve profitability, attract new customers, and create an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Assist in the daily operations of Full Moon Family Diner and Flanagan's Sports Bar Lead by example and maintain high standards of customer service Build relationships with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere Develop ideas and strategies to increase revenue and profitability Monitor sales trends and help drive measurable business growth Support, motivate, and manage employees while maintaining a positive work environment Handle customer concerns and difficult situations professionally Assist with scheduling, inventory, staffing, and operational tasks Ensure cleanliness, organization, and efficiency throughout both locations Step in wherever needed and go above and beyond to ensure success What We Are Looking For Proven restaurant, diner, bar, or hospitality management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to attract and retain customers through exceptional service and community engagement Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly A people person who can connect with guests, employees, vendors, and management Someone who takes ownership and accountability for results Someone who genuinely cares about the success of the business and the well being of the team A self starter who is always looking for ways to improve operations, sales, and guest satisfaction Growth Opportunities We value hard work, dedication, and results.
