Responsibilities Lead and motivate the cafe team to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure smooth shift operations Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to meet quality standards and safety regulations Manage inventory control, including stock ordering, storage, and waste reduction to optimize profitability Supervise staff training and development, including interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing coaching Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales processing Maintain cleanliness, food safety compliance, and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production, catering orders, and special event setups such as banquets or casual dining occasions Requirements Proven experience in restaurant or food service management with supervising responsibilities in quick service or fast food environments Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and kitchen management practices Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, staff training, and operational oversight Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs efficiently Background in hospitality management or culinary experience preferred; hotel or casual dining experience is a plus Ability to manage shift schedules, control budgets, and implement food safety protocols effectively Prior experience in food industry roles such as barista or catering is advantageous; familiarity with food production and food safety standards is required Join us as a Cafe Manager to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences.
